On August 15, 2025, the Honeysuckle at Union Grove Farm buzzed with life as we hosted our inaugural Makers Market, a celebration of local talent, sustainable farming, and community spirit. Held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at 3501 Dairyland Rd, Hillsborough, NC, this event marked the beginning of a new monthly tradition that promises to delight and inspire.
The day was a resounding success, thanks to the incredible vendors who brought their passion and craftsmanship to the table. Clover Patch Farm dazzled with Twisted Hippie Creations, while Little Hilltop Farm’s Art From The Heart captured hearts with their stunning visuals. Dangerously Good Tonic and World Headquarters Cigars added unique flavors, and Funky Monkeys and Sprouting Grace Farm brought playful energy with their offerings. Little Roots Apparel showcased wearable art, while LadyKris and The Wooden Rhewster added charm with their handmade goods. Beans & Brews, Fiona Dunn Art, Crochet & Cream, One 3rd Acre Farm, SMO Designs, and Amber Reflections rounded out the lineup with delightful treats, art, and more — each vendor pouring their soul into every item. The community’s warm embrace of these artisans made the market feel like a true family gathering.
Attendees enjoyed free tractor hayrides, offering a scenic tour of our regenerative farmland, and the energy was infectious as locals and visitors alike savored the food truck delights from HowBout Burger. The event underscored our commitment to regenerative agriculture, a cornerstone of the Honeysuckle at Union Grove Farm, and set the stage for what’s to come.
